Policy Paper on the Common Strategic Framework
9 January 2012The results of the conference on the “Common Strategic Framework: Adding Value to Rural Development?” which was held at the European Parliament in Brussels on the 22nd of November and to which ELARD was represented by Mr. Stefanos Loukopoulos were recently published.
The paper attached here presents an analysis of the Common Strategic Framework and its potential impact on European rural development policy on the basis of the 22 November debate.
