ELARD Participation in "French LAG Visit"

On the 19th and 20th of November, the French LEADER Network alongside DG Agriculture & Rural Development co-organised in Brussels a conference aiming at better informing LAGs from all over France on the workings and developments of the European Institutions and in particular on the sectors of Rural Development and LEADER.

ELARD took part in this two day event and was represented by its President, Mr. Panagiotis Patras and the Coordination Officer Mr. Stefanos Loukopoulos. In addition, the President of ELARD  addressed the participants via an interesting presentation which touched on the main issues and bottlenecks of the current LEADER period.

Amongst the noumerous participants and guests there were representatives from the DG AGRI and the European Network for Rural Development (ENRD).
