ELARD Participation in Istanbul International Conference on Rural/Regional Development

Between the 10th and 11th of September the Istanbul Commerce University is organising an international conference focusing on the promotion of sustainable Rural Development.

 The objective of organizing the conference at the European stage is to widen the network between stakeholders working on rural development and to put rural development into the agenda of Turkey and the EU at regional, national and European level. The specific purpose is to gather in the same place doctoral students, researchers, academics, local representatives, EU representatives in order to discuss topics that are of currency, relevance and significance for rural development.

ELARD has been invited to participate in the conference in question and it will be represented by its President Mr. Panagiotis PATRAS.
