Who can become member of ELARD?
National LEADER Networks or National Networks representing the majority of Local Action Groups (LAGs) of the EU member-states. In the absence of National Network, regional Networks may also be admitted; respectively, an individual LAG may apply for membership in the absence of regional Network.
LEADER Networks of EU pre-accession countries or future member-states and organisations of third countries where they promote the development of the network's objectives, may be admitted under the observer status for a period of one year maximum
Quality of Members & Fees:
ELARD comprises three categories of members:
- Active members: €500 for subscription plus an annual extra fee depending on the number of LAGs
- Associated members: €500 for subscription and a temporary status for a two-years period
- Observers: no membership fee is required - a temporary status for one year.
Applying for ELARD membership
Should your association wish to join ELARD, please fill the appropriate web forms (LAG or Network LAG) that follow. Within few days ELARD secretariat will contact you in order to complete your membership application. Your application then will be submitted to the General Assembly.
