Regional LEADER network

Description (brief history)

Established in October 2008, the Rural Network NI is a regional network set up in line with the EU Rural Development Regulation to support the implementation and delivery of the Rural Development in Northern Ireland. Along with England, Scotland, and Wales we link together as a hub that is the UK National Rural Network.

Organisation Rules

Our membership is open to anyone involved in the implementation & delivery of the rural dvelopment programme in our region.

Aims & Objectives

To contribute to the Rural Development Programme in Northern Ireland by enabling the sharing and use of good practice and experience; and by supporting the co-ordination and communication across the different axes of the programme.
